Nightcrawler's new costume?

Prematurely born....a friend of mine (who is really short) showed me a picture of her when she was a newborn...with her mothers wedding ring on her upper arm! eek

Very lucky to be alive! I also just found out yesterday that one of the guys from the PSB forum has a metal leg now, because he got cancer when he was 21. You just feel so small all of a sudden when you hear stories like this. frown

My main comfort in zhis entire post is zhat even thought we all have a supposed "disability" we are all very, nice, very kind and very likeable people.

Wow! Thanks everybody, you made me feel a lot better. It's not always easy to admit something's wrong with you, but it makes you feel good to know that you're not alone. And thanks for seeing about getting a picture. I can try myself but there's no guarantees. And, BTW, I took the death test too, and I have until I'm 59; which is actually kind of scary since my grandmother on my father's side died of diabetes when she was 60. eek
